- Now in a pot fry onion till golden brown.
- Now add ginger garlic paste and fry well...
- Now add chilli powder chilli flakes salt and dhanya powder.. And fry well..Add lemon juice.
- The main key of this recipe is it's bhunai..u have to fry this masala very well.u can add water if masala is sticking but keep frying so that all flavours of spices absorb very well.
- Then add imli pulp and salt.
- And add boiled chana and mix it..cook on full flame for 5 minutes and then switch off the flame.
