- Peel your yam and cut it straight.
- Wash the yam, soak in water with salt for about 20mnts then drain and set aside.
- In a pan add in your oil and fry the yam under medium heat until golden brown.
- In a pan add in oil and some onion fry for some mins, add your grated tomatoes, red pepper, scotch bonnet and onions fry alittle, add seasonings, spices and curyy then gently add your whisked egg and continue frying until its done.
