Dahi mein 1,1/2 cup basan, 2 teaspn haldi, 2tspn kuti lal mirch, 2 tspn lal mirch powdr 2 tspn dhaniya powdr namak hasb e zaiqa dal ke achi tarah mix karen koi guthli na ho.
Ab es mein 2 jug pani shamil kar ke pakne ke liye rakh dein 2 say 2.5 ghanty us mein 4 piyaz kat ke shamil kar dein sath hari mirchen bi dal dein.
Ab pakoray banae ke liye 4 cup basan lein us mein 1 cup hara dhaniya kati hoi hari mirchen, piyaz,1/2 tspn baking soda sub chezen mix kar ke pani dalen or batter bana lein.
2.5 hour baad karhi tayar hai ab oil garam kar ke pakoray fry karen or karhi mein dalty jaen sub pakoray fry ho jaen.
Ab tarky ke liye 1 cup oil mein 2 tblspn kuti hoi lehsan dal curry pata bi dal dein ab lehsan ka colour change hone lagy tou zeera bi add kar lein ap ye karhi ke uper tarka laga lein mazedar pakora karhi tayar hai.
