Karhi Pakora step by step
In a bowl add yogurt & gram flour and whisk is with hand blender till there is no lumps..
In a pan add 2-3 Tbs oil and cook onions until changed it's colour, then add ginger garlic paste, stir..
Add gram flour mixture with dry spices, stir and let it boil. Cook it on low heat at least for 1 hr and stir occasionally..
