- "In a pot, take 2 cup of Semolina add Curd, Salt and mix it. Add 1 cup of water and let it rest for 10 minutes."
- "After 10 minutes, take oil in a pan and heat it. Add Jeera, Asafoetida, curry leaves, red and green chillies and Black gram to it."
- "Let it crackle for a minute and add this to the batter. Mix everything well. The batter should have a dropping consistency, if not add little water to it. Add 1/2 TSP of Baking soda and mix it well so that it gets fluffy."
