- It's 225 ml of Virgin olive oil.
- Prepare 2 of Onion.
- It's 5 of Meclium hot ahillies.
- Prepare 2 of Garlic.

Penne arrabiata instructions
- Heat the oil in a pan, add the onion chilli and garlic and fry while you stir for a minute. Add the lardons cook untill golden.
- Add the chopped tomatoes and tomato puree to frying pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes until the sauce has thickened a little. Season with salt to taste.
- Whilthe sauce is cooking cook the pasta in large saucepan of boiling salted water until well cooked drain the pasta and drizzle with oil.
- Add the basil to the sauce mix in the drained pasta.
- Serve with sharings of parmesa.
