cook ground beef medium low until it's done.

5 t spoons olive oil in tha bow.
starrett everything up and the bow.
put everything in like a glass cooking train.
and 1 box of cornbread with jiffy mix makes it up put it on top. in layer.
bake for 350 for about 10-15 minutes or until the cornbread is golden brown on top.
