Simple Way to Make Quick Oero truffles!!

Oero truffles!!. Oreo Balls AKA Oreo Truffles are the perfect treat for any occasion! They only require THREE ingredients, they couldn't be easier to make and they taste unbelievably delicious. They're always the first thing to go at parties and I'm yet to meet someone who doesn't love them!

I have been making these Oreo Truffles for years and have used all different flavors of sandwich cookies.from Nutter Butter to Coffee & Cream Oreos. The center is made up of two simple ingredients: cream cheese and a package of your favorite Oreos, all coated in Ghirardeli chocolate candy melts (you can use any brand, really, but that's my favorite) and topped with sprinkles! Ingredients of Oero truffles!!

1. It's 200 g of oeros.
2. It's 100 g of soft Philadelphia cream cheese.
3. Prepare 200 g of white chocolate bar (to melt).
4. Prepare 3 of x oeros (crumbled by hand to decorate).
5. It's 1 tsp of vanilla extract.
6. It's 1 of small amount of icing sugar powder to sprinkle on hands.

Oero truffles!! step by step

1. Pop 200g of oreos into blender and blitz until all crumbs, also get the 3 x oeros and crumble by hand and set aside..
2. Add cream cheese and vanilla extract into a bowl, add the crumbled oreos, and mix altogether until smooth.
3. Dust hands in a little icing sugar and roll onto 12-14 ish balls, pop them into the frezzer for 1-2 hours.
4. Now melt chocolate, leave to cool for 5 min, take balls out of frezzer..
5. Using 2 forks roll each ball in the melted chocolate, and straight away sprinkle with crumbled oeros you had set aside..
6. Repeat this for all other truffles, store in fridge, these last 7 days !.
