  2. Prepare of Palak purre 1/4 cup(blanched palak).
  3. You need 1/4 cup of Yellow moong dal.
  4. Prepare 2 tsp of Red chilli powder.
  5. You need 1 tsp of Ajwain.
  6. Prepare 2 tsp of Sesame seeds.
  7. You need of Salt as per taste.
  8. It's of Oil for frying.

Rawa Palak Chakli instructions

  1. Cook yellow moong dal in 1/2cup of water..
  2. Mix cooked moong dal and palak puree in a mixer..
  3. Add rawa in a mixer jar and make powder of it..
  4. Place rawa powder on a muslin cloth and tie a knot..
  5. Just keep this knoted rawa potli in a pressure cooker separator (do not add water in a separator) and cook until 3 whistles..
  6. After 3 whistle turn off the gas..
  7. Remove rawa potli from cooker separator..
  8. When rawa cools completely, untie the clothe and remove rawa powder..
  9. In a big plate add cooked rawa powder,yellow moong dal and palak mixture,red chilli powder,ajwain, sesame seeds,salt and make a stiff dough..
  10. Dough is ready..
  11. Grease chakli maker with some oil..
  12. Place dough in a chakli maker..
  13. Make small chaklies..
  14. Fry rawa palak chakli in a oil on low flame..
  15. Rawa palak chakli is ready..
