Ingredients of Indie Fruity Jelly

1. Prepare of Orange Layer.
2. You need 2 of peaches.
3. It's 2 tbsp of china grass.
4. Prepare 2 tbsp of peach syrup.
5. It's 1/2 cup of milk.
6. Prepare 1/4 cup of water.
7. Prepare as needed of Orange colour.
8. Prepare of White Layer.
9. It's 1 cup of coconut mik.
10. Prepare 2 tbsp of china grass.
11. It's 1 tbsp of sugar.
12. You need Pinch of salt.
13. It's 1/4 cup of water.
14. Prepare of Green Layer.
15. You need 1 cup of water.
16. It's 2 tbsp of china grass.
17. It's 2 tbsp of lemon syrup.
18. Prepare 1-2 tbsp of sugar.
19. It's as needed of Green colour.
20. Prepare 1/4 cup of water for soaking china grass.

Indie Fruity Jelly step by step

1. For Green Layer. For green layer soak China grass for 10 minutes in 1/4 cup water. In a pan add 1 cup water & soaked china grass. Boil till it all mix well & add sugar. Let it cool till for sometime then add green colour & lemon syrup. Pour in the dish or glass you want. It should cover 1/3 rd of the dish. Keep it to set.
2. White Layer. For White layer soak china grass in water & keep aside for 10 minutes. In a pan add soaked china grass & cook till it melts & then coconut milk. Once it boils add sugar & salt & cook it for few minutes. Pour over set green layer & keep aside..
3. Orange Layer. For Orange layer soak china grass. In a blender add 11/2 peach & milk & blend together. In a pan add soaked china grass & little water if required & cook till it all melts. Keep aside till it cools..
4. If you will add hot china grass to peach mix it may curdle. Once cools mix to peach mixture add peach syrup & colour. Add 1/2 peach chopped into pieces to the mixture. Pour over white layer. Let it set. Refrigerate & enjoy this chilled trio colour jelly.
