- Prepare 1 tsp of Vanilla essence.

- Boil all well except essence, and cream, till it bubbles..
- Remove from flame and add essence, cream and colour then beat well, let it cool for 10 minutes, pour on pudding moulds any you desire or dessert bowls and sprinkle blanched nuts and let it cool completely and set, chill in fridge then serve. Unmould and serve!!.
