1. You need of Orange Layer.
2. It's 1 cup of water.
3. Prepare 2 tbsp of china grass.
4. It's 2 tbsp of sugar.
5. You need 1/4 cup of water to soak.
6. It's 3-4 tbsp of Peach syrup.
7. It's 1 pinch of Orange colour.
8. Prepare 2 tbsp of chopped peaches.

1. For White layer soak china grass in water & keep aside for 10 minutes. In a pan add soaked china grass & cook till it melts & then coconut milk. Once it boils add sugar & salt & cook it for few minutes. Pour in a glass bowl & let it set..
2. For Orange layer soak china grass in 1/4 cup warm water for 10 minutes. In a pan add soaked china grass & water & cook till it all melts. Add sugar & orange colour. Cook till sugar melts & mix. Remove from flame. Keep aside & add peach syrup. Add 2 tbsp chopped peach pieces to the mixture. Pour over coconut layer..
