Beans porridge and plantain instructions
- Pick and wash your beans,put the beans in a pot add enough water and slice some onion inside and cover let it boiled till it soft.
- In another pot add little amount of palm oil allow to heat up,add sliced onion and stir,add your granted pepper,cry fish,season,spices,fish and little amount of water then stir, cover and allow it to steam for 2minutes then add in your per boiled beans and stir cover and allow it to steam for another 5 minutes and ready to serve.
- In a bowl peel and slice your plantains in desire shape, heat oil and fry your plantains until golden brown and serve with beans portaged.
