Milk jelly in custard step by step

1. For milk jelly take a utensil heat milk add cardomom and sugar to it,meanwhile cut China grass into small pieces and boil it in a 1/4 cup water on low flame untill the pieces of China grass melt then add in boiling milk and stir continuesily for 2 minutes now switch the flame and pour the mixture in bowl to set.keep the bowl in refrigerator to cool.milk jelly is ready.

For custard ___ take a utensil heat up milk add sugar,dry fruits (almond and cashew) cardamom to it boil it on low flame meanwhile take a small bowl add 2 tablespoon of milk add custard powder,mix it well now pour this in the boiling milk so that lumps cannot make.now boil it untill it's consistency become thick. switch the flame and let it to cool.
3. For choco cream___ take a small bowl add icing sugar,coco powder,vanilla essence and milk mix it well to make a thick paste.
4. Now shift the milk jelly in a plate cut it into the shape of cookpad logo.and pour custard in the sides of the plate..
