- Pease pulao method....First soak the rice atleast 1/2hour.
- Now take a cooker add ghee when ghee heated then add star anas,green cardamom, black cardamom,bay leaf,cloves, green chillie and cinemon stick fry2,3 seconds..
- Now add green Pease mix it cook it In a 2 minutes.after 2 minutes add basmati rice and salt mix it Add water 11/2cup stir it.now allow it comes one boil..
- After coming one boil cover the lid and allow it comes 2 wissels..
- After 2 wissels switch off the flame and cool down the cooker..
- After cooldown the cooker open cooler lid and add chopped coriander leaves it's ready to serve enjoy!.
- Mutton curry method.......First take vessel add cleaned meat pieces, ginger garlic paste,all dry masala,yougurt,and give it a good mix keep a side atleast 1/2hour..
- After 1/2hour marinated your meat..
- Now take a kadhai add oil when oil is heat then add cumin seeds, cardamom,cinemon and bay leaf fry some seconds then add chopped onion fry until it's turned golden brown colour..
- Then add marinated meat cook it in atleast 10 minutes..
- After 10 minutes add water 3 cups,salt mix it and cover the lid and cook it in low to medium flame atleast 1/2 hour..
- After 1/2an hour check it if you want cook it another 5 minutes.After 5 minutes open the lid and add chopped coriander leaves mix it and switch off the flame it's ready to serve!.
