- Prepare 1 cup of Cooked Mutton Qorma (see recipe).
- It's 300 gm of Basmati Rice.
- You need 1/4 cup of Oil/Ghee(optional).
- You need 1 tsp of Salt(to taste).

- Basmati rice wash kar ky soak krdain chawal ky hissab sy.I soak for 10 mins..
- Add oil in pot.Cooked Mutton Qorma pot mein garamkrain.extra oil isslye add kia hy so that rice rokhy na lagain.it is optional.
- Qorma achi tarha garamhojye tu rice drain kar ky add krdain.2 cup water+salt add krain & let it cook..
- Medium flame py rice ko qorma masala mia cook honydain.jab pani dry hony lagy tu chop hari mirchain add krdain.pani dry hojye tu cover kar ky dam py rakh dain.5 min high flame then lower the flame to low..
- Garnish with fried onions & serve with cucumber raita.enjoy two great traditional flavours together..
